Just touring myself around. I'm going to Stockholm first and then taking the night train to Oslo, getting in 31 October.

I have no idea! I thought I might see the some of the Olympic sites, but actually (I creeped and see you're from Oslo), is there anywhere near the city that gives guided trail rides?

Yes, there are a few stables within the city limits, and more still in the surrounding area. I can look it up for you. What kind of horse do you prefer? Most stables keep several breeds, but some are exclusively Icelandic or such.

You are wonderful! I would love to try riding one of the Icelandic breeds, but I'm not picky - it'll be nice to be back on a horse after 3 or 4 years!

When you're in town, you can visit the stable of the mounted police at Akershus fortress. :)
