Ch-ch-changes!
Heya, ElJay. Long time no post, and so much has changed. And, right now, I'm pretty sure it's for the better.
This semester is going alright. I'm not as thrilled about classes as I've been for the past three semesters or so. But, I'm going to the Southeaster Psychological Associations conference in New Orleans later this month to present my research. YAY! I'm TAing again for the same prof, which is always fun. Academically, things aren't too drastically different.
On a different note: Matt and I broke up. It's a long story. He's not a bad guy, but it's not going to work. So... David, the son of my mom's friend/co-worker, came down this weekend for Signature Ball, and we had a blast. We absolutely hit it off, in a way that totally unexpected, and I'm pretty excited about this.
The Red Sox and Varitek have come to an agreement, so he will stay in Boston for another season -- probably two. :) I'm quite relieved; the thought of losing our captain disturbed me greatly.
