So, it's finally official! After Darwin knows how long, Matt and I are finally a couple, yano, boyfriend and girlfriend. He's wonderful, and I am ecstatic about this! I miss him terribly right now (I'm back in MD), but this is fantastic and I am overjoyed. xD
In other news... I am back in Maryland, which means I'm done with the 06-07 year at MBC. Mayterm was great, every bit of it. I worked my ass off in my class. Psychology of Women w/ Dr. Novack. It was tough but very rewarding, and I would not trade it for any other course. Spent ubertime with lunarcalyx at the end of Mayterm, did the quintessencial Zynadoah trip and such. I miss her bunches already, as she is leaving us at MBC for Yale. Obviously, I also saw a lot of Matt. And my CotC homies. I love that place and all of these people. And my friends. Yeah, they're all great. You're all great.
Being home is definitely different. I've managed to keep myself busy so far. I need to find a fucking job because god only knows what happened with my internship, but I'm hella frustrated with my adviser for... IDK, forgetting about it? No, he didn't, but the lack of sufficient updates is making me crazy. I hate relying on other people, and this is only causing me more anxiety. Whatev. No big deal just yet, I suppose. Everything else is great. I saw Aunt Susan and Uncle Jim today. We went to Great Falls (a bit touristy for my taste, but absolutely beautiful) and then to dinner at Maggiano's, which was fuckin' awesome. I love that place, though I felt ridiculously casual (and slightly embarassed), but it was still impeccable. :) Tomorrow, mom and I are going to B'more to see Jesus Christ Superstar. YES!
Thus far, I've seen Lauren and thefirebottle, and I'm thrilled to see everyone else. Hopefully, this summer, I'll be able to be hella social. xD And see Matt a lot, too. That would rock my world. No pun intended.
