fun fact! there is actually a theory that fat men's penises do appear smaller, but not because of blood. it's because of the fat buildup over the pubic bone. that's why when they do studies on penis length, there's this method of measuring where you press the ruler directly up against the pubic bone so as to eliminate the extra skin the covers some of the penis.
