(no subject)
Summer vaca - heyheyheeey!
Can I just say, before going into the grand and juicy details of my life that I loathe moving. It just sucks. I hate the entire process. Cleaning. Packing. Cleaning. Unpacking. Cleaning. For real. It sucks.
HOWEVER... I will be very glad to move into our apartment in the fall. I'm excited already! ;D
Since being home, Jeremy has come and gone, as has the Day of Mothers, and just a little bit of my sanity after this morning's worries and anxiety. The pining never ends. ;)
I think I worked out my schedule for the fall finally.
I also decided to give up on my boss after waiting 2 weeks to hear any details about wages. I emailed the director of HR and she replied with tons of hugely important info for summer interns. I'm not too impressed with my boss, needless to say.
Anyway, no sandals for me... BL2 organism and radioactive materials training with a dude named "Mac" and free lunch on Thursdays.? Good stuff.
I'm pretty super nervous. Ahhhh!!!
Yea, so I spent a bit of the morning barefoot out back playing with Cleo and recognized some purplish possibly three-leafed troublemakers. I kinda freaked out and jumped in the shower with some Tough-On-Grease (read: urushiol) Palmolive.
I really don't want to have to go to work next week and get the "Good splotchy, Miss Splotchy" treatment.
Sigh.
Anyway so I've been trying really hard to finally clean my room for real which is super hard because it's been this way since like 1999 (PARTAAAY!!!). So I thought maybe if I invested in it a little I may be more inclined to finish the job. And really I just wanted to go shopping haha.
So Patti and I headed out and somehow ended up shopping for like 4 or 5 hours. But I got really cute sheets! And super cute closed-toe wedges. And a really cute silk oriental-ish halter summer dress that I still haven't quite made up my mind about yet. But it's really pretty.
And I got my nails done. Wow, was that needed.
Needless to say I spent way too much money. But that's okay, because I'm soo not making minimum wage this summer! Hollaaaaa!
Yea so. Since I was up and sick since like 4am, I'm about to lapse into a coma.
