Day 03 → Your favorite television program

I'll cheat and do a top 5 :P
1. The Mentalist
I love this show because it really doesn't involve thinking it through, yet manages to be compelling enough to keep me watching all the time. My favourite episode is called Russet Potatoes. I like the whole exploration of how powerful hypnosis can be, how it drives people to do the things they do. I also like the Rigsby/Grace aspect, because duh. I like that it explores the more caring side of the relationship, rather then the superficial will they won't they one.
2. Law and Order (current series)
I love the revamp that they did. The characters have loosened up, there's more meat to them and it actually makes me care about them. I cared about them before today, too, but in a different way. Adding Linus Roache and Jeremy Sisto may have been the best thing DW ever did for the show.
3. Castle/Life
Shared third spot because the premise is the same. I love the humor, the compelling storylines and Nathan Fillion.
4.Conviction
It's fourth because it's complicated. I have seen the show, wasn't majorly impressed by it but I can never forget about it either. To me, it counts as part of who Alex is/was. If I could rewrite it, I would, trust me.
5. Law and Order SVU
Yeah, monkey in a basketball and EO romping made my love for it scream and run far away. I still like it, but I don't love it anymore.
