Confused about Paypal
Mostly directed to my PE friends who have more experience with Paypal, but if anyone knows I'd appreciate the help. :/
So, I'm trying to get rid of my set of 36 Copics in order to get the Copic Sketch (I can't seem to handle the regular tips very well), and I need to upgrade my paypal account in order to sell on ebay. However, seeing as I'll rarely sell things on ebay, I don't want to have to pay the fees every time I receive money. I went to look at the FAQ about the feasibility of having two accounts:
Can I have a PayPal Personal and a Premier/Business Account?
PayPal allows members to have one Personal account and one Premier or Business account. However, each account must contain an unique email address, bank account and credit card.
Okay, that seems to be alright, BUT...
Can I ask my buyers to pay me using my Personal account if I have a Premier/Business account?
No. According to PayPal's User Agreement, if you own a Premier/Business account you cannot direct your buyer to pay your Personal account.
...So, what's the use of having two accounts if you cannot direct people to send money to your Personal? Or does that only apply to ebay and not--say, commissions and small trades? o_oa
I'm confused.
PS: By the by, if there is anyone here who would like to take the 36 Copics off me, I'm letting it go for $140 US or $164 CAN (regular price $214.20 US, $30-40 less if you get a good deal elsewhere). I haven't used them a lot so some colors have never been used and others are in very good condition.
