so this morning i packed up my room and chanced upon a magic frog prince toy that a friend gave me for christmas. i never played with it. it's actually a frog, that when water is added to the container, will turn into a prince. i had nothing to do today. so i thought i'd play with it. i added water to the frog. it didn't fizzle. i was ready to put my hands in the air and just say, it's not meant to be. how telling of my plight anyway. then it started to bubble. and within 10 minutes, a prince appeared under the ugly frog veneer. there was hope. i cleared the dirty green water and added new water into the container. he's starting to look promising.

as i type this, with the prince with the lopsided head just beside me, i am just trying to regulate my breath. at least, this prince won't break your heart.
