I'm so tired right now, but I've never spent my time better than I did this weekend.

Friday was Get Real's "Lock-on" which is the Teen ministries sleep over at the church. Played excellant games, roamed the property late at night under a full moon and got to use the water cannons to hunt down the kids. Ate some pizza, watched some movies, played some PS2, made some T-shirts, and quasi-slept for 3 hours.

Saturday we cleaned up a bit then I went and joined the Men's Group and did a little learning and a little setting up for our church's Pig Roast. They smoked a whole bunch of pig loins for about 6 hours. We also had a baptism in which we baptised 8 people. We then introduced the new members to the church and then ate the glorious pig. We then had our Battle of the Neighborhood Home Groups.

First Event was a game where each team received a gift wrapped box that was filled with newspaper, paper clips, clothes pins, sharpe marker, and bubble wrap. You then had to dress up a team member as a prophet using the materials in the box including the box itself. We placed 2nd but I call foul on the team that dressed up a dog along with a team member. The Dog wasn't in the box.

Second Event was volleyball, we played good but placed 2nd again. Drat.

Sunday was another day that was amazing to me. People were exhausted, tired, and worn out. But they still took the time to show up and serve each other. A group of people stating that my week was hell, my weekend was packed with even more things to accomplish, but on this morning, this sunday morning, I'm taking time to come here and let God know that I love Him.

It's a little weird, but it is cool.

I spent the afternoon with church family and of course little Trevon.

But now I'm here at work, listening to people get upset about computers not working. I hear them cry a river about not be able to get a report together and then I think, "Why spend your one and only life for lesser things?"
