Die hard fans...literally
Soo....this will be a long entry. Warped tour...where to begin. First I will start with Friday which really sucked. Christie left and I probably wont see her for a while. I helped her a little taking cars back and forth to her car. Then I had to go to piano. And on my way home i got a fuckin flat tire. I was able to drive it home but now its completely flat and I have to drive my moms car. Then Friday night I went to Elises house and that was fun. We watched A Series Of Unfortunate Events and we found a way to make it hilarious. We went to Publix to buy butter but only had a 100 dollar bill...that was funny. We ate dinner and finally wnet to sleep around 1. Then we woke up at 8 and headed to Veronicas house. We left her house with Marcus and his sister adn headed to Warped tour. When we got there we had to wait in a long line but eventually skipped to the front. We had already missed The Academy Is but then we saw Senses Fail and they were really awesome. Every time I see them the get better and better and they really now how to put on an awesome show. Their set is perfect. Then after them we saw My Chemical Romance. Stupid 12 year olds crowded the whole place but their show was pretty good. Better than when I saw them at Taste of Chaos. We also saw Relient K before Senses Fail. They are pretty good. I bought an aweomse Senses Fail shirt with a pirate ship on it. It was awesome. Unfortunately I missed Funeral For A Friend bought I bought a shirt. We just chilled for a while watching some local bands. Then we saw the Starting Line and Atreyu. Fuckin Hellogoodbye never showed...or if they did I never found out. I was very sad. Finnnalllly its 645 and we are waiting for fall out boy.....however the sky looks like its about to explode. It suddenly got really cold and there was lightning every 5 seconds. But we stood there and waited for Fall Out Boy. They finally came on and it started to rain. But it was really cool. they played 3 songs and in the middle of the third they jsut stopped. And hten they were like yea we gotta get off cuz the lightning but we will be back when it stops. The rain was getting harder so we made our way to a tent. However the tent had been a mist tent therefore the floor was completely covered in mud. So we stood ankle deep in the mud while the lightning and rain continued. We waited probably 45 minutes to an hour while people threw mud in front of the stage and ran around in the rain. It looked like FOB was ready to get back on when a huge bolt of lightning struck. We all freaked and were ready to leave but decided to stay. FOB did come back on and played only like 2 or 3 more songs and got off. We stayed for a little of Dropkick Murphys set and hten decided to leave. Despite the rain and lightning and the mud it was a really awesome day. Perfect way to end the summer. Im not excited about starting school but only 1 more year and it will be over. Sooo yeah thats about it.
