Invisible/screened comments

Problem you are having: I have heard from a few members of my comm that some comments are invisible (http://twitpic.com/4mmu1e) and when they press 'post a comment', they get a message "Comment added. User is screening comments and will unscreen when it has been approved" (although comments are not screened). Any idea if it's an issue with LJ/my code/members' browsers?
