Help! Layout not working!

Basic, Paid or Plus: Paid
Problem you are having: I want to use this layout, but it's not showing up properly. It's just a blank basic page. I've defined a website, and gone through the memories here to find anything else that might be the cause, but I just can't figure it out. All I did was copy and paste the code into the custom css box like I've always done. All the dropboxes are set to 'no'. Should I clear my cookies? Am I just completely stupid here, or what? Help?
