Just a note to anyone using these overrides with bloggish (by babyelefant):

bloggish lately seems to need the !important tag after the paddding and the image url.

Example:

.entry-header img[src="http://stat.livejournal.com/img/icon_protected.gif"]{
width: 0;
height: 0;
padding: 0 16px 16px 0
!important
;
background: url("http://YOURIMAGELINK.com")
!important
;
}

I'm using the 3 column one and it's working for my entries, but it's not working for my friends page. :(
