Unable to log on

So I go to e2 and type my username and password, and yes, I checked they were correct. And instead of 'Welcome to Everything' in the default theme, I saw this:

on an empty white page.

Isn't that Polish?

That happened to me once a while back. Never again, though.

It happens sometimes to me. I suspect it's something that happens while work is being done on the site. That's just an educated guess, though.
