It seems that nothing came of that appalling message from earlier. Could that mean, despite the conviction and intensity that man spoke with, residents of this town are as helpless with their powers regained as they are without?
I'm concerned about this. Are we truly fighting a losing battle?
Perhaps it is not a matter of how much we wish to escape from this place, we may be here forever regardless of the struggle. This seems to result in nothing more than being brainwashed, as our friends have demonstrated.
Shouldn't this result in a line of questioning to oneself? How much do you all truly hate it here? Is it as bad as you have convinced yourself it is?
