no puppy for us.
such a bummer..
Today we brought Mia to the animal shelter to meet a 3 month old pit, that looked just like her. We've had our name on her for a week now. But the meet did not go over so well. The little tiny puppy that is about half of Mia's size was wayyy to agressive towards Mia, she kept growling and wanting to attack Mia. There was now way that it was just playing either. At one point the puppy bit Mia and she tried to bite her back but the puppy just wanted to fight. So Mia ran and hid behind the other worker..aww poor girl. So then the other worker took the puppy out. So the shelter seems to think that the puppy should only be adopted by someone who has no other animals. The puppy was just pure evil. She would have been fine though if she was our only dog, because both times when we were in the cage with it last week she was the sweetest thing. So since Bill was so pissed off about it, he said no other dog at all, just Mia. He doesn't want to go through that again, but I really want her to have a friend to play with. So I'm going to wait a couple days and ask if maybe we could get a kitten/cat. hmm we'll see.
