i need a new hair thank you and please....

so i am very bored with my hair....
i want it cut withsome shorter layers....
and i really want a new colour...
i want to keep some of the platinum white... but i have no clues how to colour it i like the dark and lite contrast i have
oh and no funky colours, i gotta find a job! ha ha

but seriously, i want new hair so help me find what would be cute!!!!
