P.S. I don't want to be the information station or anything but here is a list of states where they do not have the death penalty so heather you want to kill an american kill them in one of these states: Alaska, Hawaii, Iowa, Maine, massachussetts, Michegan, North Dakota, Rhode Island vermont, west virginia, and wisconsin! You would think of all states to have the death penalty Michegan would seeing as how the murder rate is so high

So heather you could luer Kathy into Michegan Murder her and just have life in prison BUT DON"T JOIN THE MILITARY cuz then it's federal and they believe in the death penalty. But whatever you do don't get an abortion because killing is wrong!

P.P.S. The New York and Kansas death penalty statutes were declared unconstitutional in 2004.

In Florida they have a Three Strikes and your Out law, meaning if you commit any crime three times you go to jail for life, so technically if you dine and dash and get caught three times you are sentenced with life in prison, True story
