[ The scene opens with Tonks sitting outside. She's sitting on the steps leading up to Sirius' flat. Why is she outside? Tonks doesn't like the smell of smoke all that much. Sorry Sirius. ]
I was wondering, how many of you out there have your own gardens? It's been years since I've taken Herbology but I always did alright in that class. I think I can safely manage at any rate.
[ Carrots and potatoes seem easy when compared to mandrakes and fanged geraniums. They don't bite. Why a garden? She has her reasons. ]
Have any of you had any success with one? Where did you find seeds? Do any of you have a container garden? There's no yard here. I'm going to have to improvise a bit, I think.
I'd appreciate any help or advice. I don't have anything to offer in return. Well, I have two hands. I suppose I could offer manual labor until I can do magic again. Thanks.
