Oz got Doumeki a pocketwatch, similar to the one he has, except it doesn't have a tune to it.

HAYATE GIVES FLOWERS because he is a poor dude and natural things > manmade things.

Doumeki is giving Oz an omamori. He's made these in camp before, but this one is a little different. He got some very nice materials to work with (brocade, probably), and it's not tied with a string but a very fine, very strong chain. IN SHORT, PRETTY AND DURABLE.
