(no subject)
Well, it's Valentine's Day. Meh. I've got my plans set. After work I'm going to go home, sit in my cold dark room alone and watch High Fidelty. Should be fun.
Or, at the very least, better than last year. But then again it's not hard to top a year where your girlfriend is off who knows where in basic training. You haven't talked to her for a month and a half, while she's off doing her thing and trying to figure out how to drop you like a bad habit. Which, by the way, she does in the not the best manner. But whatever, that's past. And today I get HIGH FIDELTY! Yay!
High Fidelty is probably my favourite "Romance" movie. I think part of it is because I wish I was into music like he was. Or Dan is. Or Malorie is. Or Katie is. Or Chris is. But I'm not quite that good at the whole music scene... which is why I surround myself with friends who are. So I can slowly pick things up and still get introduced to all kinds of awesometastic music I'd never have heard with out them. Yeah... my friends rule.
So, uh, Happy Valentine's Day people. And if any ladies out there are looking for something to do I'm ready and armed with Candy and High Fidelty and my usual high brow poop jokes to keep you company. All you need is to let me know.
Although, to make this day better, I think I'm gunna go to Circuit City and buy Wonderfalls, or Buffy Season 3. Or maybe not, maybe I'll decide they're too expensive and I'll come home and have my mom order them "Used & New" off Amazon for super awesome cheap. Either way after that I'll probably make my first and only "Rate My Purchases" thread on the boards. Just so I can look cool with my new CD.
