[April could have easily ignored the rumbling if she wanted to, it wasn't even noticeable after a while to her, but curiosity always had a habit of taking over her and so she decides to go and ~investigate

[[Theta approaches her right off the bat. Theta has had her memories wiped, so she doesn't recognise the redhead at all, but she smiles awkwardly and waits for her to sit up from her pavement listening. Weird-looking or not, if Theta could kneel, that would have been something she would have done.]]

[April blinks up at Theta and gives a sheepish smile back, before she sits up and glances at the dairy.] Um, I think the sound is coming from below here...

[[April's voice surprises Theta, and her smile relaxes a bit.]]

Oh...someone else who's English! I'd been feeling rather isolated... Leave it to an Englishwoman to track down the sound, though! Well done!

[[She turns to look at the dairy.]] ...Rather ominous, don't you think, though?

[April give Theta a brief look of confusion; they've already met so why would she be surprised at her being English...

... Though she manages to put it together and instead gives Theta a nod.] Yeah, though since the dairy is locked there's nothing to do except wait and see...

[[Poor April. Theta's been reset.]]

We could always try to disassemble the lock mechanism....

[April ponders this for a moment and then stands up and makes her way to the front door of the dairy.] I'll give it a try!

[Electricity flickers around her hand as she places it on the door handle and there's the sound of the metal inside the lock moving around and then the sound of it straining and screeching before she pulls her hand away and the sounds stop.] Hmmm, the lock won't budge...

[[Theta stares at her, and she starts taking very long, deep breaths. Had that woman just summoned electricity to her hand? That can't be it... Theta refuses to believe that just happened. She presses her eyes shut, taking a few more deep breaths. Deja vu?]]

[Good job, April. She blinks at Theta before mentally slapping herself.] Ah, um, it's okay, the electricity is gone...

...How did you do that?

It's... just a power I was born with. I've been able to do this for years...

O-oh. [[And that adds up in Theta's head as 'electrical ergaleomancy' or some form of it. She shudders and cringes.]]

[April rubs the back of her neck, looking rather awkward. She was used to people being freaked out by her, but she never knew how to deal with it.} I-it's okay, I have complete control over it, so, u-um...

It's...an amazing ability... Just... Electricity?

[April nods, looking a bit sheepish.] I'm able to control and generate it... I, um, can also control any electronic devices...

Can...you control the electricity that's in the air?

[evers_hacker]

[She gives a nod.] Any and all electricity, basically. Though I don't usually use any from the air since I can generate my own...
