I just finished a 4 day conference.
The exchange of ideas and connections I made were soul inspiring, energizing and full of possibilities. I bought a Heather dale CD that resonates deeply with me. I have ideas for articles and things to do. I had great conversations with people I like and admire.
I also want to hide under the covers in a room with no people for at least 2 days.
