As I swiped my ID card into my dorm building this evening, the security guard (whom I've greeted many times and who would also ask me how i'm doing many times) asked: "[my name], did you just move in here?"

"huh?"

"Did you just move in here? [pause] haha. I seriously don't recognize you."

This is a little freaky. Either he has memory problems, or I have physically changed a lot in the past weeks...
