Title: Just A Feeling
Artist: S.E.S.
Album: Choose My Life-U
Language: Korean
File Size: 3.29 MB
Type: Pop
Rating: A-
Comments: S.E.S. was a group of 3 Korean girls (Bada (Sea), Eugene, and Shoo)but they split up some time ago and each went their own separate ways afterwards. Most of S.E.S. songs had a bit of the R&B touch in them. Just A Feeling is a rather upbeat popish song, something you can imagine hearing in the 90s.

Title: LOVE IS A MELODY
Artist: D&D
Album: LOVE IS A MELODY
Language: Japanese
File Size: 4.21 MB
Type: Pop
Rating: A
Comments: I remember downloading this song such a long time ago when I was really getting into Japanese music. It's technically just an average song but unlike most songs, this song really gets into it from the very beginning of the song.

Title: LOVELY~Yume Miru LOVELY BOY~ (Pikachuu To Issho Version Da Yo) (LOVELY~Dreaming LOVELY BOY~ (It's "Together With Pikachuu" Version))
Artist: Tommy February6
Album: LOVELY~Yume Miru LOVELY BOY~
Language: Japanese
File Size: 13.4 MB
Type: Pop
Rating: A
Comments: Um, I'm going to be really honest on this song. Do not listen if you cannot stand happy girly pop music. LOVELY~Yume Miru LOVELY BOY~ is a theme song for Pokemon. This is simply another version of it with Pikachu in it. The first 3 minutes of this song is a girl yelling with excitement like a really cheery young girl. If the really loud KONNICHIWA doesn't scare you, keep listening. I can't say it gets better once the song starts but if I have to say one thing about it, it's that it's a really cute song. Every now and then throughout the song, you'll hear Pikachu in the background.

Title: First Love ~Reasonless Love~
Artist: Shima Ken
Album: Majo no Jouken OST
Language: N/A
File Size: 4.11 MB
Type: Instrumental
Rating: A+
Comments: I know the file is labled as Utada Hikaru but that's just because I like to keep all of my First Love files together. Weird, yes I know. First Love is the main theme of a Japanese drama called Majo no Jouken. On the soundtrack, there were many variations of the song done, instrumentals, by Shima Ken and they are just wonderful. This version is closest to the original version of the song. It's basically just piano + strings, a bit like the orchestrated version but not so heavy on the instruments. It really is a gorgeous melody. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Title: Butterfly (Hyper K Mix)
Artist: SMiLE.dk
Language: English
File Size: 2.90 MB
Type: Eurodance/Techno
Rating: A
Comments: The original Butterfly is a well known DDR song, so I guess you can say this is hyped up DDR music as if DDR music isn't hyped up enough. Be warned though, this song can really make you energized. It's quite addictive.

Title: Akai Ito (Red String)
Artist: Les. R
Album: Akai Ito
Language: Japanese
File Size: 3.21 MB
Type: Pop/Rock
Rating: A
Comments: I never did really get into a lot of Les. R's songs but this one is one of my favorites. It isn't really that rock~ish...a little bit slow in fact but it has a really nice beat and catchy melody to it. If you like F.I.R. of JS, you'll enjoy Les. R as well.

Title: Arigatou no Uta (Song of Thanks)
Artist: V6
Album: Arigatou no Uta
Language: Japanese
File Size: 5.62 MB
Type: Pop
Rating: A
Comments: From the title, you can probably guess what the style of the song is going to be. V6 is mostly known for the first opening of Inu Yasha, Change the World. This is a rather nice, well-paced pop song. It's one of those songs you can sit around with your friends and listen to.

Title: Believe Your Smile
Artist: V6
Album: Believe Your Smile
Language: Japanese
File Size: 5.02 MB
Type: Pop
Rating: A
Comments: I really like this one by V6. It reminds me a bit of Change the World actually, same song style. It's rather upbeat, technically your typical boy band stuff but it's a fun song.

Title: STAY ~now I'm here~
Artist: dream
Language: Japanese
File Size: 4.82 MB
Type: Pop
Rating: A-
Comments: dream also did a song for Inu Yasha, the first ending, My Will. This is a rather slow pop song, almost ballad~ish in a way. dream does a really good job with the harmonics and melodies, making them a really unique group to listen to.

Title: Eyes On Me (Almighty Mix)
Artist: Faye Wong
Album: DanceMania Delux 4
Language: English
File Size: 3.63 MB
Type: Pop
Rating: A
Comments: Eyes on Me is the theme song for FFVIII. If you liked the original version, you'll love this one. The song was very beautiful to begin with but if you liked the original and thought it was kind of slow, you've found your answer. Eyes on Me (Almighty Mix) is a really upbeat song.

Title: Strawberry Sex
Artist: Hirai Ken
Album: Strawberry Sex (single)
Language: Japanese
File Size: 4.13 MB
Type: Pop
Rating: A-
Comments: Ahh...Hirai Ken. He has such a great voice and not to mention his name is very fun to say but that's not important x3 Yes, the title is weird...the english in the songs are even weirder. Hirai Ken mostly does ballads but Strawberry Sex is a fairly faster tempoed song and kind of groovy and jazzyI guess if I really had to find something to describe it with.

Title: The Meaning of Peace
Artist: BoA
Album: Listen to My Heart
Language: Japanese
File Size: 6.87 MB
Type: Pop
Rating: A-
Comments: BoA's style in her songs has really changed this year. This is one of her older songs, from early 2004. BoA was a major hit in Japan and this album only helped her go higher. The Meaning of Peace is a somewhat slow pop song but it's quite catchy. It really picks up towards the end of the song though. Her english in this one isn't so bad either compared to some of her other songs. (This isn't the duet sung with Koda Kumi, it's just BoA alone.)

Title: Anti Drug
Artist: Lee Jung Hyun
Album: Magic To Go To My Star
Language: Korean
File Size: 3.50 MB
Type: Pop/Techno
Rating: A-
Comments: Lee Jung Hyun has a rather unique type of music style, making most of songs rather unique. Her music videos also differ a lot from other artists. Anti Drug is somewhat of a weird song, almost angsty in a way with the yelling that she does here and there in the song. Korean techno music is always fun though so if you're looking for something new, give it a try.

Title: Ageha Chyou (Swallowtail Butterfly)
Artist: Porno Graffitti
Album: Best of Blue's
Language: Japanese
File Size: 5.35 MB
Type: Pop/Rock
Rating: A+
Comments: This song is love! It's one of my favorite Porno Graffitti songs...not too rockish and it has a kind of salsa~ish sound to it, makes you really want to dance. I really recommend downloading this one.

Title: Libido
Artist: Porno Graffitti
Album: Romantic Egoist
Language: Japanese
File Size: 10.3 MB
Type: Rock
Rating: A
Comments: A lot of people don't seem to know a lot about Porno Graffitti, which is a shame. They seem to have gotten a bit more popular than when I first remember though. I actually can't think of anything to write. I think I'm at a point where I've just run out of comments. tsk tsk. It's Japanese rock music so if you like JRock, you'll like this. If you like Porno Graffitti, you'll love this. If you like neither, I still recommend giving it a try. It's not that heavy.

Title: I Want You
Artist: Savage Garden
Language: English
File Size: 3.54 MB
Type: Pop
Rating: A
Comments: Savage Garden was one of the only english bands that I liked way back then but they sadly broke up quite a while ago. I Want You has a really intersting style, it's fast and just basically fun to listen to. If you ever heard Truely Madly Deeply, this has a similar style to it.

Title: Hui Zhe Chi Bang De Nu Hai (Girl With Grey Wings)
Artist: Joey Yung
Language: Chinese (Mandarin)
File Size: 4.25 MB
Type: Ballad
Rating: A+
Comments: Just because there was no Chinese songs requested on the last entry, I get to pick one =P This is a rather gorgeous ballad. It was performed on China's New Year's celebration program but with a different artist I believe. Joey Yung has a really beautiful voice and this ballad isn't really slow or anything. Parts of the chorus is in English so you'll be able to understand a little bit of the song. Her English is quite good too.

LAST POLL: Hm, seems like a lot of people are going to get a job. I'm pretty much trying to do the same, get a job and try to relax at the same time as I get ready for college.

POLL: I noticed that larger the update, the more people download but a lot less people comment. So...do you prefer larger updates (more than 15 songs), medium sized updates (10-15) or smaller updates (6-10 songs)? The time between the updates will still fairly be the same, about a week.
