I just read this and loved it and have to go to work D; there are so many quotable lines and things i want to say though SO I AM COMING BACK TONIGHT, MISSY. :D

This little collection feels like it's opened a ton of doors into various other plot bunnies and stories and I love how much background there was, and all these reasons for who they are

Okay. Okay. I am back.

First I just want to say thank you for posting this in the first place, cause there really isn't enough good fic, and ever since you got into this ship I've been bloody curious about what you were going to create =D And this just shows me that you've got a whole little universe forming in your head and this is just and introduction XD Each of those 17 things has some sort of story waiting to be fleshed out which makes me so like this :D I swear.

You have Ben down to the tee, which I'm so impressed with, cause most people seem to think Riley is the easiest but then they fuck it up and make him the cheap comic relief when really, he's actually incredibly smart and rather empathetic. Layers. Everyone has been given layers here, which I guess is the point of a character study, heh. I like the history about Riley's dad and his crazy aunt, which both felt really belivable, as well as Ben's SCUBA history ( ... )

I so have a whole universe up in here. Oy.

And Riley's father being like this is my biggest personal canon so far. Seriously. PERSONAL CANON LIKE WHOA. I cannot shake it.

I can see them in the living room with Ben staring at Riley and the offical Nic Cage Inquisitive Face that he uses and maybe a chin stroke and Riley is just eating and staring at the dog.
THAT'S WHAT I WAS GOING FOR. OMG, YAY, \O/

This was entirely too adorable. I love how in-depth it was and so believable and I especially loved jealous!Ben. The ending was perfect, going back to the chair. And Riley was so adorable and its 2:30 in the morning and you just made my...day.... with this. It was awesome.

Jealous!Ben is becoming an obsession of mine. Because he's Ben. And I have such an intense and slightly embarrassing soft spot for this guy, <3
