lol i've never heard of Borgen. and i had no idea Yoona even acted (goes to show how much I know about SNSD). maybe one day when i exhaust my massive list of shows to watch i'll check it out.

I am TOTALLY going to watch Prime Minister and I. I'm kind of obsessed with it already and I haven't even watched it. Yoona's adorable little face forever!

People rag on her about her acting all the time, but I thought she was lovely in Love Rain and HER FACE IS THE MOST ADORABLE THING. Oh look at her with precious babies!!!

I TOTALLY AM GOING TO WATCH LOVE RAIN BECAUSE OF YOU. Earlier I was all conflicted-like because I hadn't heard much, but after the stuff I've heard you say about it, it's just like Yoona and JGS and faces and gorgeous cinematography, so why would I not, guh.

I really enjoyed it. It's not one of my all-time faves, but the OTP is LOVELY and it's beyond gorgeous to look at. The first four episodes are so beautifully shot and so focused on faces that they could be a silent movie. Some people think they're slow, but they worked for me. Then it jumps forward thirty years and it's Yoona and JGS being adorable at each other. There's also a huge subplot with their parents which may drag a bit for you, so skip it if you feel like it.

ALSO IT WAS SEO IN GUK'S FIRST ROLE AND I SERIOUSLY FELL IN LOVE WITH HIM THEN. He's not even playing characters who are supposed to be appealing, but I was still like, "Who's this guy? He's...weirdly captivating."
