I expected to hate A Scandal in Belgravia but I actually really enjoyed it (except for seeing more of Irene Adler than I ever wanted to). The Hounds of Baskerville was good too but really scary. And it had John Chivery in it! His acting was sooo good, it really freaked me out!
I'm trying to gear myself up for watching the last episode tonight. *grabs tissues*
How is it that I don't have any Sherlock icons!?! I must fix this disaster at once!)

Eventually, I'll make a bunch of Sherlock ions. Eventually. Too many fandoms, too little time!

I can't tell you how much I love the casting, first of all. Benedict Cumberbatch's cheekbones win all the awards!
The only portrayal I'm not too keen on is Mycroft. He seems too active to be the lazy genius Arthur Conan Doyle wrote.

You're right--Mycroft doesn't come off quite as lazy as you would expect.

John's sweaters and vests are awesome too! I wish all men would dress like that, jeans around their knees and backwards baseball caps just don't cut it for me.
