More good news. Me and bro will soon have an appartment.
The real estate broker gave me a ring a few days ago, and the whole thing is just one signature short of ready. Feeling quite good about it too, since an appartment at this condition and for this price is a real jewel. And besides, with me and bro it's two working people under one roof, so we can afford it easily.
I haven't seen the place myself mind you (I happened to fall ill on the day bro went to see it out), but he tells me it's in a very good condition. It has two large bedrooms, no living room (hence the cheap price), a kitchen and a comfortable-sized bathroom, so it's really been designed with students in mind.
