Lil' brother's been feeling better lately, and says he can stop taking painkillers soon. He got back home a week ago, but will be needing crutches and a leg support for some time now. We'll see how it goes from here.
The new job, on the other hand, has been a mixed bag. Cashier stuff I can do just fine, and customers have been tolerable for the most part, but there still too much daily stuff going on in the shop that I can't handle, and that tends to stretch working days quite a lot. It doesn't help that the company doesn't pay for the extra time either, but I probably shouldn't complain. Things will get better after time, I'm sure.
