God, I'm glad that yesterday's over. Thanks, everyone, for helping where you could. I really appreciate it.
Today's curse is absolutely pleasant in comparison--though it's probably a bit worrisome that "masses of people are not bleeding profusely" is now criteria for a nice day. I haven't seen too many familiar faces yet today, but I suppose there's still time. It's too much to hope that Valerie or Ruth could be here, but--that'd be lovely, if they were.
