Interview Update!
Good News!
Both interviews on Thursday went great!
The first interview went well. The guy was nice, and the firm was nice. However, it's somewhat out of the way, and I couldn't get a handle on what the guy was looking for. I think he has three different jobs he wants to fill, but only enough money to pay for one of them.
The second interview ROCKED. I met with the Founder/Lead Principal, a Principal, and the office manager. The job rocked (it's NOT office lackey) and the guy who owns the place is pretty bad-ass. PLUS, I might not have to take much of a pay-cut, or a pay-cut at all. PLUS, I met with them thursday afternoon, and by 3:30 on Friday he had already called my main reference - they had a great conversation, and all looks well.
This is all great because I can go into Tuesday's interview and be truly self-confident instead of having to act like it.
