Quick question for Mothers
Mothers on my flist: how long did your post natal hair loss last for and how severe was it?
I'm losing balls of hair in the shower (and when I brush it there's a LOT coming out on my brush) and it's freaking me the fuck out. I suspect part of it is that I may not be eating at healthily as I could, and I know that some hair loss is totally normal for up to a year after giving birth, but at this rate I'll be bald by December.
GAH.
Starting to wonder if I should get a blood test to check my iron and my thyroid. Blah.
