I've noticed a few things lately that really hurt my spirit as a human being. I don't understand how some people can be so heartless or inconsiderate of others' feelings. Don't read this the wrong way - I'm not up on a soap box preaching about how I'm better than you or anyone else. I've made my fair share of mistakes and I have no delusions of perfection. Still, there are boundaries that I can't see myself ever crossing. It's made me lose a lot of respect for certain people here recently.
My dad might have to have major surgery soon. Send a few thoughts and prayers his way. In particular, pray that he'll actually do what the doctor tells him for a change.
On a happier note, The Office started back tonight. Amazing. I need to meet my Pam Beasley. Also, Kevin makes me giggle.
