The 64 pg beast...
Yup, Coldest Degree is offically 64 pgs so far (size 9 font, 1.5 spacing for my editing remarks) and 32 chapters. Yay, so exciting! It just hit 26,882 words as well. Wooo....
So in the past month, despite breaks of a week or more at a time, it's gone from under 7,000 words and very incomplete to the beginning of a novel. Wow, it's pretty amazing, especially since my schedule only always for less than part-time writing. One of these days this will be all I do -- sit on my butt, drinking Gatorade, eating chocolate, and writing novels. God knows I've got the ideas, it's just a matter of actually writing them.
But if anyone would like to see the beast, leave a comment with your e-mail address and I'll send you a copy to look over. I'm gonna get back to posting it here and on fictionpress.com eventually, but right now I'm moving rather slow.
