I am not going to be out in central london tonight dear friends. This is because i don't want my arm to be knocked about at the show as it is tender and scabby. I am also full of cold and being crammed like a sardine in an ultra smokey venue didn't seem appealing. I am just gonna have a chilled out night and maybe pop to Harrow late for a bevvie nothing more.

I just got back from having Nando's, which ruled. Yummmmmmy.
