sleep. Or lack thereof

One of the problems with working nights, 1930 to 0800 is that when one is not working the rest of the world expects a more or less day schedule. Well, so do I because I have _Things To Do_ not that they are always important but they need doing. But. I got off yesterday at 0800, slept from 0930 to somewhere around 1430, went back to bed around 2330 and have been more or less awake since 0415. One of the things that you *eventually* learn from this is be awake when your body wants to and sleep when you need to. Except for when appointments and schedules do not allow that. So I am kind of used to a really weird sleep schedule.
