I know that this fest has been popping up in everyone flist...but I couldn't resist the lovely banner. It's such a lovely skirt. Also, this might be the first fest that I pimp and write for. I'm toying with the idea in my head. I don't know. Maybe. We'll see. And by that I really mean I'll see.
