(no subject)
so i have yet to update from atlanta! wow.. its been a little while eh?!
atlanta was pretty fun, the people we went with were totally awesome (randa, emm, besty, kaitie, sken, chris "slinky" ludden, dave and the three biddeford kiddos: mike, brittney and jenna) it was a blast but i offically hate atlanta. its one of those super dirty cities (hell its #3 on america's scariest cities list)
i guess im just glad to be home. even though we had a ton of laughs and many good memories and inside jokes.. its good to be back in maine, even though it is 36 degrees and boring as hell!
yesterday was thanksgiving and it went rather well. my family had a small get together with my family (mom, dad, leah, me and nana) then jake came over for "pie time" where we actually never injested a piece of pie at my house. from there we went to his house where theere were a few more people (20-30 ish?) i definitely got to meet a majority of his family... but it got to be confusing when it came to figuring out which child belonged to who and who that person was married too. it was fun anyways. after my adventure at the leech household we came back here to get my car just so we could go drive around and talk for the rest of the night... when i got here i found out my great aunt ruthy died from stomach cancer.. that definitely put a damper on my evening..
the rest of the night jake and i spent talking at the beach and driving around. if he wasnt there to get me thru that sad news and make me think of positive things my thanksgiving would have gone downhill fast...
okay im out for the night.. this long weekend rules (to an extent) now im doing some lovely college essays and applications before i rip my hair out ... gnite
