Why is there no "rational" mood?
Dude. Yeah, I know I said, "Spike won't be a ghost, because that's just bloody stupid," in my fandom-should-just-shut-the-fuck-up post. Sure. Hat, eating it.
But. Listen.
You've probably all read the interview with Joss where he describes the "new" form of AtS. Everything (well, mostly) will be resolved by the end of the episode. ME would NOT spend as much money as they're paying JM for him to be a ghost all season long. That's not only stupid in the sense of the storyline, it's stupid financially.
Which logically means that the whole "ghost" scenario will be resolved by the end of the episode. Which Joss essentially says in that interview anyhow.
Before I say anything else, I would like to say I have not, as yet, found the sides. I've only read a summary. If there is a scene in the sides which confirms that he is STUCK as a ghost, or some such, please email me at mac_eve@hotmail.com. [Actually, I would like to see the sides anyhow. It would be appreciated muchly.]

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. STOP ASSUMING! It makes an ass out of you and me. Or really just you.
ME is not psycho. ME is not brain-deficient. ME does not purposely choose the worst storyline. They make mistakes, but they ARE human, after all. It just boggles my mind why people's fandom lives are spent bitching over things that may or may not even be true.
So what I really meant in the above-mentioned post was the potential situation in which he was permanently a ghost. Again, bloody stupid. But for one, even two episodes? I think it's kinda cool. And a nice plot tie in with the guy whose name starts with an H. Heinsley?
A final caveat: this is not in response to any of my friends' posts. Not that I can remember, anyhow.
Anyhow, whoo. I'm back. Sunday and Monday were spent hanging out with friends at the beach and such. Boogie-boarded with Sexy Friend-Boy. Yum. Sexy Friend-Boy likes Blur. I am making it my mission to convert him to the cult of Blur. Found that Hunt (another guy) watches BtVS and AtS, has the DVDs. May borrow AtS S1 from him, as I haven't seen those eps in forever.
Now I must catch up on my friends list, because DAY-um. Lots of kerfuffling.
And corngirl_jo: New MI-5 tonight! I can't wait.
