Why are there so many people (journalists, bloggers, commenters) who just blatantly misspell Battlestar Galactica as Battlestar Gallactica? ...That's with TWO 'L'S.
Like, honestly. I see it everywhere. Do people not know how to spell the word "galactic" or even simpler, "galaxy"?
I think there is a problem with the world.

Oh Mad Men, you win. I gave up on waiting for Roomie G to watch it with me, and launched into the pilot last night. And the second episode this morning. I wanted to watch this show when it first premiered -- and I'm talking, like, I had drunken conversations with people about how pretty & stylised the show looked and how much I couldn't wait for it to premiere -- but then I didn't download it because I read "meh" reviews from people on my FList. ALWAYS A BAD IDEA. Last show that happened to me with was Rome. I should have learned from that.
So I'm home from a day reading David Sedaris in Central Park, waiting for the delivery of my veggie burger and shake takeout from a diner which is, far, far too close for me to be legitimately needing delivery, and about to start onto marathoning Mad Men until hostile17girl gets here. Let's hope she doesn't get stuck on the bus in Harlem.
