YESSSSSSSSSS. OMG.

My sister was so mad at Elizabeth for locking Jack to the ship, and I was like, "ARE YOU KIDDING THAT WAS THE MOST FANTASTIC THING EVER!!" I mean. The understanding and how clearly they still both like and admire each other and she'll sail to the end of the earth to get him back but she doesn't think she made the wrong decision leaving him to die and the MAKING OUT and the fact that Will would never, ever, have even thought of doing that but Elizabeth DOES is just so fucking brilliant and *FLAIL* omg.

And! And everything you said plus CANNIBALS and Elizabeth bonking Norrington on the head with his bottle to save him and FUCKING CROSSDRESSING AND SWORDFIGHTING COULD I LOVE HER ANY MORE?

And Davy Jones playing his organ of emo with his FACE! And Bootstrap Bill!! And Norrington getting the heart!

And I just have to repeat the love for the threeway swordfight THESE PEOPLE ARE TOO STUPID FOR LIFE and yet! So hot!

Okay and how HAPPY Will is to see Jack when the native dudes have him tied up and Jack is all *ignore chiefy things ignore "save me!" chief* as they take him away to those awesome bone cages.

I also love when Will and Elizabeth correct whatshisface East India dude in the beginning: "blah blah blah Jack Sparrow--" "CAPTAIN!"

In conclusion: MONKEY!

(I need a new Pirates icon. I just went through all the ones I had saved from the obsession with the first movie and none of them are good enough. Woe.)
