As usual,
I LOVE MCSWEENEY'S.

*heart*
So, was Casting Spoiler on Alias this week? Or did I hallucinate?
I haven't watched the show since I laughed hysterically at Syd and Vaughn getting hit by a car [okay, that sounds a lot more cruel-hearted written that way] but if there is anything I will come back for, it's Irina Derevko.
Irina makes me want to forgive JJ Abrams for everything, and that's saying something.
When I see Lena Olin in that role, I forget everything stupid about the Covenant, and the horrible fate of Lauren Reed, and zombies, and twu wuv, and the Passenger, and timelines that don't make sense, and lazy writing, and pulling of plots out of asses...it makes me think of toasters and family vacations and majestic jumps from buildings and I MISS YOU, TOO, and triple crosses, and sex on missions, and hugs in prison yards, and bomb necklaces, and Spy. Mommy.
I should go pack, I'm going to catch a 7:30 train to Providence for Spring Weekend at Brown with
hecatehatesthat. Party on, Wayne.
[Party on, Garth!]
