I hate my hair!

I am always messing with my hair becuase I get bored easily. My latest shade was black. Here is a review as how I arrived at this color.
1. I bleached it all out from a previous shade, so it was the lightest blonde possible.
2. I put a light neutral blonde toner over that. It was still too light.
3. I put a neutral light brown over that. It was OK, but just boring.
4. I put on Clairol Color Flirt neutral black over that, which is a wash-out moouse. I liked it, but it washed out too quickly. After a month of constant re-moouseing it, I wanted something that would last a little longer, but not permanent.
5. I used Clairol Natural Instincts semi-permanent neutal black. I loved it, but my hair grew faster than it was washing out, so after month I had almost an inch of my natural color (dark blonde/light brown with grey, even though I am only 23. It sucks.) with the rest still black.
Here are the before pictures:

I decided to use a product called Color Oops, which is meant to shrink down color molecules from permanent and semi-permant hair color to be so small that it just washes away without having to bleach anything. This stuff is supposed to take you back 1 coloring, and since the black moouse I had used was all washed out before I used the Natural Instincts black, it should have taken be back to the light but boring brown permanent color. I followed the directions, and here is what I look like now:

It may be hard to tell from the pics, so let me explain. My ends are still black. My roots are still my natural color+the grey. The rest ranges from dark brown through medium brown, but with tons of red tones. The stuff around the back of my neck is light brown with red tones. What the heck? I could understand if it didn't work at all and was still all black, or even slightly darker than the brown. But where did all the red come from?! Red tones are sooo hard to get out of my hair, which is why I always mak sure never to use a color that has red or golden tones in it. This Color Oops put them there, but it isn't a hair dye. It's a hair dye remover! I am soo upset and feel like I look like a freak. I am going to have to go to a salon to have this fixed, because trying to do it myself will ruin my hair. I hate life right now. The kicker is I tried going to the company's website that is printed on the box, and THERE IS NO WEBSITE. It no longer exists. There is no phone number or anything on the box. I can't even call these people and complain. Arrrgh!
