EVERYTHING HAPPENING TODAY!
Casby and I found a pool table in the Salvation Army shop... bat is here and has given me MORE loads of money... Telegraph might be publishing another of my articles next week, which is better than my last one, though paying me for my last one might be more germane at this point... my friend Leo has asked me to help him with his project of teaching computer skills to the homeless (I'm teaching web design... rather flattered that he asked me actually.)
Casby is supposed to be leaving his job tomorrow, but doesn't know if he is because 'something is in the pipeline' about keeping him there... so he is going to have to look for houses in Colchester (where he has a job offer) even though it might be a complete waste of time because we might well not be moving. At any rate if we do move it will only be for a few months because I want to be back in Cambridge in time to play Chiron next term :)
I'm quitting my cleaning job because I was about to get sacked for not doing it properly... I do try, but my perception of dirt is just not good enough. Also I am very tired and keep going to sleep in the daytime instead of working. Today I fell asleep for about an hour and a half lying on the ground on Parker's Piece (a public park in Cambridge). People kept coming up and asking if I was all right, I tried moving from a curled-up position to a more obviously 'basking', non-collapsed position, but people still asked it I was all right. And people lie on the ground there ALL THE TIME! I guess it's only acceptable when the sun's out and you're not wearing a large fake-fur coat :)
Also, random as hell, but if anyone is looking for accommodation in Croydon,
