(no subject)
*sigh* Alas i will not be returning to the boat house. Reggie hired 2 new culinary students 1 graduate one ques star guy. And although i think hes making a very very big mistake, I suppose i can't blame him, hes doing what he thinks is best for the business and for himself. He wants to work along side someone who is on the same or close to the same level as him.
I'd like to say im not hurt but i am. I've been at that place through all the crap, the hard times, and just when things start to shape up,to be let go like this not because of something i've done wrong or not done right, but because i dont plan on investing my whole life in the culinary arts is a crushing blow. I work harder then anyone, I have become more and more skilled, and i show no signs of slowing or becoming satisfied anytime soon. I would think that i am a head chef's dream, but apparently not.
But of course we must look at the positive side of things, now i have a chance to branch out grow even more perhaps under an even better chef who knows? Time to start looking...
