A Lebanesian (leb-uh-knee-sian) rocks my musical world. if you don't know him yet, you will... you will

the following regimen is my life until we leave town:
practice
-ergonomics
-relaxation
-varying rhythms
-"slow-play" the set
absolutely NO air drumming... tapping is permitted
the impact of playing in the practice room should not cause the cd player to skip
nutrition
-monounsaturated fat proteins/high alkaline diet. as for meat, i will enjoy fish.
-Kettle Brand Chips BAKED style
-1-salad-like meal i.e. nuts, fruits, veggies... preferably at lunch. fresh food rules.
-1-Bottle Smart Water and/or Silica Water
meal portioning is my friend. and exercise varied muscle groups with isolated, slow repetitions
rest
-three hours minimum
-seven hours maximum
katrina
-as much time as possible :)
work
-four days per week
social life
-sunday and thursday nights at sully's bar in torrance. karaoke goes from 7 pm-1 am
katrina and i show up at about nine thirty.
finance
-rent- studio and apartment... and Netflix- due on the 1st
-phone bill- 6th
-car insurance- 25th
-automatic savings transfer- 7th
other expenses include: groceries, gas, entertainment...

-this section is stated for this simple fact: every one of us needs to make enough time for ourselves. in this case, enough shouldn't be confused with "too much." perhaps an hour a day of personal time will suffice. identifying emotions and seperating them from logic when making decisions will permit a prosperous future.
