The world gets smaller

I actually met someone I knew at recruitment today - a guy I went to college with.  We weren't close friends (or even friends at all, really), but he had a unique last name (and, admittedly, is a bit funny-looking), so when I saw his name on a list yesterday I was wondering, and then when I saw him this morning, I was sure it was the same person.  Small world.  I said something to him during a break in the interviews, and he was a bit confused at first, but then sort of remembered me (the knitting helped).  I'm sure after 8 years at the same school, the random people you had boring classes with start to get blurry. :D  It was an interesting addition to the day.

Now, time for coffee!
