I really kinda don't feel like doing any of my obligations to school today. So here's me not doing homework.
Glee 1X02
Since Hulu isn't working for me right now I have to do this from memory.
I enjoyed the opening scene with Will walking around like he owned the place, but as the episode progressed he really started to get on my nerves with his cockyness and confidence. I kinda just wanted to smack him. Rachel gets on my nerves too but her arrogance is more part of her character than Will's.
Sue cracks me up every time she's in a scene. Jane is truly a wonderful actress, and it shows. I also enjoyed Quinn in this epsiode. It will be interesting to see her in the Glee club. And her two nameless friends.
Emma.. I like her character, and I enjoyed that she was brave enough to be the only one clapping at the beginning of the pep rally. I think she made a wise decision in not seeing Will anymore (and avoided a whole plotline cliche). Speaking of cliches, I almost threw something at the screen when whatsherface didn't fess up to not having a baby. What a cheap cop-out.
The pep rally was hilarious. That scene continues to make me laugh no matter how many times I see it. It's such a golden moment.
Rachel's song "Take A Bow" was definitely another high light. Lea continues to prove her singing ability rises above everyone else's. I hope she can take back lead soon.
