To eliminate:
01: The icon is too blurry
01: Not really bad, but it looks a bit blurry and very bright.
03: The skin tone looks too yellow, and the transparency takes away any contrast
03: Colouring is too reddish on her face
03: Face too yellow making it look yuk!
03: The icon is a bit washed out
03: Orange colouring is not complimentary, and the image looks hazy
03: The idea is good but her face is coloured strange as if she has a sunburn
03: The coloring is too harsh, amkes her look very sunburnt.
05: The fact that half of evangeline is cut off makes the icon look quite awkward
05: The image is too squashed. The way it's rotated and cut in the middle is not attractive.
05: Horizontal orientation would probably work better if the background weren't just a plain blue gradient.
07: The icon is to dark
07: The dotted texture is pretty random and evie is oversaturated/oversharpened
07: The use of the numers on the icon isn't understandable (aka like why these numbers, why that position...)
07: The icon is darker than it needs to be
08: Icon looks too pale and the use of text does not compliment the icon
08: The coloring is too pale and the text kinda too big
